Welcome

I am currently the Catholic School Trustee for Ward 3, a position I have held for 7 years.  When I entered the political arena in 2003 I did so because I was frustrated with the direction the school board was taking.  Seven schools had been closed (3 in this Ward alone), and multiple employee groups had been locked out or had been forced to take strike action against the board. 

This year, I'm setting my sights on City Council, for many of the same reasons.  I'm frustrated by the direction Council has taken on, frankly, most issues including taxes, jobs, child care, employee relations, vacancy rates in retail, and public safety.

My platform focuses on the 'must-haves', the basics – making sure that taxpayers in Ward 3 get the services they're paying for; supporting small business so that they can create jobs; and making sure our public spaces are safe.
